Job Description:
This position is for an Assistant Spa Manager to run the Quad wellness & spa consisting of 19m indoor pool, indoor and outdoor spa pools, sauna, steam room, large Life Fitness gym and 4 spa treatment rooms.
Ideal Background:
Previous experience as a Spa Manager, Senior Spa Therapist or Hotel Reception Manager will be an advantage.
You will be required to work hands on for 5 straight shifts per week including weekends, and to have very positive customer care skills and a can-do attitude.
You should have positive references and a stable previous employment record.
You will be required to deal with spa visitors, leisure club members and hotel guests whilst looking after the Quad Leisure & Spa reception desk.
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of cleanliness throughout the leisure club including the Life Fitness equipment, and regular checks of the club and tests the pool.
You should have an outgoing personality and a strong attention to detail.
Start date as soon as possible. This position has arisen due to the relocation of the long tenured existing Assistant Spa Manager

The Role of the Bar Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for Bar Manager to be in charge of our beautiful new Aqua Bar & Lounge.
Ideal candidates should have experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in an internationally branded hotel or busy bar environment.
Previous experience in Micros will be an advantage.

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager for our exceptional fully refurbished hotel in Marlow.
The Role of the Food & Beverage Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for a strong and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to be part of our management team.
You will be responsible for and have ownership for the busy conference & events centre, the 1AA rosette restaurant, conservatory, and bar.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the blue-chip corporate clients receive the highest levels of service in the conference centre.
The ideal candidate should be capable of bringing their own skills to a very busy hotel and should be able to assist in training and developing the team and setting up systems and standards.
Please note that this position is entirely hands-on.
You will report directly to the General Manager and Group Managing Director
Ideal candidates should have strong experience in hotel food & beverage operations as well as conference & events operations experience, ideally in branded full-service hotels and have strong administrative, communication and training skills. You should be numerate.
Previous experience in Opera, Micros and Delphi will be a strong advantage You should have an outgoing personality and a strong attention to detail.

Room Attendant
We are looking for a committed Room Attendant for our superb 4 star Crowne Plaza Hotel in Marlow. The hotel with a magnificent lakeside location, has 168 spacious bedrooms, a Conference Centre with 8 meeting rooms, Quad Wellness & Spa facilities and the Glaze One AA Rosette restaurant and Aqua Bar & Lounge.We are looking for hotel bedroom cleaners with previous hotel bedroom cleaning experience preferred but not essential as training can be provided. You will be required to clean bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard including stripping and making beds and sofa beds if required, dusting, cleaning and vacuuming.
Full service of guest bedrooms who are staying overnight, or preparing the bedroom for a new arrival.
Stock counting and ensuring all hotel and brand standards are met.
The hotel is located near High Wycombe and within walking distance of Marlow Station.
Accommodation provided for single occupancy (no partners) if required.
Other housekeeping duties as required.
The successful candidate needs to be motivated and have good attention to detail. It would be preferred (but not essential) to have experience within a similar role.
